1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 499bde website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at 499bde.bet.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration on the 499bde Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or free spin winnings credited to a Player's Account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on 499bde, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered Players and visitors.

499bde reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. The most current version will always be published on this page. These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted accordingly. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. Access to 499bde is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 499bde reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account pending age verification.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts for any purpose — including to circumvent a self-exclusion, to claim multiple bonuses, or to abuse any promotional offer — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate Accounts will be closed, and any balances therein may be forfeited.

3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. 499bde is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

3.4 Geographic Eligibility. The 499bde Platform is operated and marketed for use by players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring their access complies with local laws. 499bde makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh.

3.5 Excluded Persons. Employees, directors, and officers of 499bde, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not permitted to hold Player Accounts or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.

4. Account Security & Credentials

4.1 Confidentiality. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 499bde Login username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted on your Account using your login credentials will be treated as activity authorised by you.

4.2 Compromised Accounts. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 499bde support immediately at support@499bde.bet. 499bde will take reasonable steps to secure the Account but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access prior to notification.

4.3 Security Checks. 499bde reserves the right to conduct identity and security verification checks at any time, including but not limited to at the point of Account registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Failure to cooperate with a verification request may result in Account suspension.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in BDT. The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts applicable to each payment method are published in the Platform's Cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

5.2 Own-Name Payments. Players must only use payment accounts and cards registered in their own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or unverified sources are not permitted. 499bde reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and to require additional verification before processing any transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to the payment method used for deposits, where technically possible. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 499bde may require completion of identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have not been met, or if the Account is under investigation.

5.4 Processing Times. Deposit transactions are generally credited instantly. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are typically processed within two to four hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. 499bde accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.5 Currency. All Account balances, transactions, and financial statements on the 499bde Platform are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 499bde does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers provided by 499bde are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is made. In the absence of specific terms, general bonus terms apply as described in this section.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds carry a default wagering requirement of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds not wagered within the validity period stated in the promotional offer will expire automatically and be removed from the Account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to abuse a bonus or promotional offer — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, placing opposing bets across accounts, or exploiting errors in bonus crediting systems — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.

6.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions. 499bde reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion at the time of its modification or termination will not be adversely affected with respect to the portion of the promotion already accepted.

7. Gameplay, Betting Rules & Disputes

7.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market available on the 499bde Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the sports betting module. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

7.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface. 499bde reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

7.3 Void Bets. In the event of a system error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error, 499bde reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed under such conditions. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account. 499bde's decision on voiding bets is final.

7.4 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute relating to a wager, game outcome, or Account transaction must be submitted to 499bde support within seven (7) days of the event in question. Disputes received after this period may not be considered. 499bde's management decision on all disputes is final and binding.

7.5 Technical Failures. 499bde accepts no liability for any loss arising from disconnections, server outages, or technical failures during active gameplay, provided such failures are not caused by 499bde's gross negligence. Where a game round is interrupted without a result being recorded, the stake for that round will be returned to the Player's Account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 499bde Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and legal action where appropriate:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or game.
• Collusion with other players to exploit game mechanics or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to circumvent security features, access controls, or IP-based restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain credits, free bets, or winnings beyond normal gameplay outcomes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 499bde staff through any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

499bde is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. The Platform is designed for entertainment purposes and should not be used as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The 499bde Platform and all content and services provided thereon are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 499bde makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation of the Platform.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 499bde shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

10.3 499bde's total liability to any individual Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 499bde Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 499bde or its licensed partners. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

Any unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights enforceable under applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of personal data by 499bde is governed by the 499bde Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. 13. Account Closure & Suspension

13.1 Player-Initiated Closure. A Player may request closure of their 499bde Account at any time by contacting support at support@499bde.bet. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending Bonus Fund wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

13.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension. 499bde reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory directive. In cases of proven fraud or prohibited conduct, 499bde may withhold the Account balance pending investigation.

13.3 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. A dormant Account may incur a monthly maintenance fee as published in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy classification where a valid email address is on file.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through 499bde's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Players agree to submit to such jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute relating to the Platform or these Terms.
